New XC13 engine

The new engine line-up, including the XC13, cuts fuel consumption by up to 10%.

Outputs reach 580 hp and 2,800 Nm for heavy-duty performance. Engine weight is down 10%, and durability is rated up to 1.6 million kilometres, 33% higher than the previous model. Strong low-speed torque supports faster rear axle ratios to further reduce fuel use.

Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS)

The Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) alerts the driver if the vehicle drifts out of its lane. A warning triggers when a lane change is detected without the indicators.

Blind Spot Assist (BSA)

The Blind Spot Information System (BSIS) monitors the vehicle’s front and passenger-side blind spots and alerts the driver to vulnerable road users nearby. It can also be configured for the driver side and will warn when collision risk increases.

Emergency Stop Signal (ESS)

ESS enhances traffic safety by indicating to other road users to the rear if heavy or emergency braking is being applied to the vehicle.The warning is given by flashing the stop lamps and applying the hazard lamps once stopped.
